TEACHER’S QUALITY OF LIFE DURING THE PANDEMIC QUALIDADE

The world has been facing a pandemic process caused by a virus called Coronavirus Sars-cov-2 that causes a disease known as covid-19, with high transmissibility, wide-ranging symptoms and a worrying mortality rate. The World Health Organization guides by social isolation, a fact that has greatly impacted the quality of life and personal relationships as well as mental health, especially for teachers who represent a group that was greatly harmed by the effects of the pandemic due to the instability of pedagogical measures adopted regarding the return of classes, as well as economic. In this context, this article aimed to investigate the impacts caused on the quality of life of teachers during the pandemic, according to the network of public and private institutions. The study used a sociodemographic questionnaire and the WHOQOL-bref and Fear da Covid-19 instruments to measure the data. The instruments were applied online and presented a sample of 279 observations. The methodology used a quantitative approach based on non-parametric inference methods and linear regression models to estimate the quality of life of teachers. The results indicated that the professors are facing a new situation in which the of teachers. The results indicated that the professors are facing a new situation in which the environmental aspects, followed by the psychological factor, showed a greater impact on the professors' quality of life.
