Measuring instrument was Samuels' (2004) academic resilience inventory. Its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its validity was evaluated using content and construct validity, the findings of which suggested the reliability and validity of the instrument. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (multivariate analysis of covariance) using SPSS software were used. The findings showed that educational management model has a significant impact on academic resilience and its components (including communication, future orientation, problem-based / positive thinking. Finally, it was suggested that educational management steps should be taught to professors so that the students can better understand the educational content, and become deeply familiar with the course.
