
About the Journal
The UNIFOR-MG Law Course Journal (eISSN 2236-7632), a semi-annual publication, is an open access electronic journal with an inter and multidisciplinary proposal that aims to disseminate and socialize the research and studies produced by the entire academic community and law operators.
The UNIFOR Law Course journal is guided by the following principles:
- thought and the scientific space democratization;
- methodological rigor;
- truth of the facts;
- exercise of critical sense;
- obedience to the prevailing ethical precepts in society;
- social and legal relevance of the topics, issues and published content.
This journal does not charge fees for article publication.
Authors Guidelines
The articles must meet the journal's editorial objectives and fall into one of the following categories: legal article; summary of monograph, dissertation or thesis; and book review.
The journal receives continuous contributions, in Portuguese or foreign language, and the works will be published in future editions, at the criteria of the Editorial Board.
The selected works will not generate any rights by their authors, who will not be paid. The forwarding of the original requires authorization for publication.
Authors of papers submitted for evaluation should signify their agreement to the Creative Commons "Copyright Statement" in Step 1 of Submission.Texts will be automatically rejected if they do not follow the required format below.
The length of the article should be at least six pages and obbey the limit of twenty-five pages. The review must have a maximum of five pages and present the complete reference of the work analyzed at the beginning of the work.
The file containing the job cannot exceed 3 MB.
The text must be typed in Times font, size 12, with 1.5 interlinear space. With upper and left margins of 3 cm and lower and right margins of 2 cm.A primeira página do artigo deve conter título e subtítulo do trabalho em tamanho 12, centralizado e em caixa alta.
The abstract in portuguese precedes the text and should be written in a single paragraph, without indentation, in font size 12, single spaced, containing up to 250 words. The keywords should be bellow the abstract, preceded by the expression "Keywords", containing three representative terms of the content of the paper.
Authors should refer to the USP Controlled Vocabulary at URL: 143.107.73.99/Vocab/SIBIX652.dll/Indexa in order to choose the keywords that best reflect the theme of the proposed article.
The Abstract in foreign language comes after the abstract in portuguese and should be preceded by the English title and followed by Keywords.Nas citações longas e notas de rodapé a fonte deve ser 10 e o espaço simples (1,0), conforme NBR 10520/2002 - ABNT.
The titles of the primary sections should appear in uppercase and in bold and those of the secondary sections in bold and with only the initial capital letter.
References: sorted alphabetically and presented according to NBR 6023/2002 - ABNT.
Articles evaluation
Papers are evaluated by the double blind review system, by at least two consultants specialized in the subject at work.
If there is a disagreement between the evaluation performed by the referees, the article will be sent to a third ad hoc reviewer, at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
The decision of the appraisers is final and there is no appeal whatsoever.
SUBMISSIONS
Registration in the system and subsequent access, through login and password, are mandatory for the submission of works, as well as to accompany the ongoing editorial process. Login to an existing account or Register a new account.
Conditions for submission
As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify the compliance of the submission against all of the items listed below. - • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format and does not exceed 3 MB.
- • URLs for electronic document references have been informed.
- • The text uses italics in Latin terms and words in another language; Figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document as attachments.
- • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors on the "About "Journal page section.
- • The authorship identification has been removed from the file and Word Properties option, thus ensuring the journal's confidentiality criteria, if submitted for peer review (article, monograph summary), as instructed. em Assegurando a Avaliação Cega por Pares.
- • The article has title in Portuguese, abstract, keywords, English title, abstract and keywords.
- • This work had to be evaluated by a Research Ethics Committee involving humans or animals. If so, send the opinion of the Committee.
