Uma visão crítica do direito real de habitação
Abstract
Pretende-se, pelo presente estudo verificar, com um olhar analítico da evolução do Direito de Família e Sucessões, a aplicabilidade do instituto denominado direito real de habitação e suas interpretações jurisprudenciais desde a década de sessenta do século passado até a presente data, bem como os problemas potencialmente existentes quanto às revogações dos institutos anteriores, assim como pela interpretação do texto legal que se encontra definido na Lei 10406 de 2002.
