Abstract

O presente trabalho utiliza-se do método hipotético dedutivo, e tem como objetivo trazer para análise a relevância de estudos comparativo entre os diversos sistemas de resoluções de conflitos extrajudiciais em solos africanos, chineses, e europeus.  Pretende-se com o estudo desse artigo a realização da busca de apontamentos acerca das sociedades que possuem características culturais, que é o caso africano e o chinês, mas também o uso de resoluções com menor enraizamento na sociedade, que é o caso da União Europeia.
