Abstract

Este estudo apresenta de maneira sucinta colocações acerca do patrimônio cultural apoiado nos conceitos de memória e identidade. Apresenta os princípios básicos da proteção e discorre acerca do direito ao patrimônio cultural por meio da educação patrimonial.
