Abstract
A presente abordagem, despretensiosamente tem por objetivo discutir os aspectos centrais do surgimento do Estado, demonstrando a passagem do estado natural para o estado civil, na concepção de Thomas Hobbes, John Locke e Jean-Jaques Rousseau, bem como descrever a origem do Estado Moderno.
