Propriedade e domínio (posse) no instituto da usucapião

O presente trabalho versa sobre a propriedade e domínio (posse) no instituto da usucapião. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é investigar sobre o efeito da propriedade e do domínio (posse) no instituto da Usucapião. São objetivos específicos: pesquisar sobre o direito de propriedade sob a ótica Civil-Constitucional; estudar sobre os institutos da detenção, da posse e do domínio, apresentando conceitos, características e distinção do instituto da propriedade; Esclarecer o efeito da propriedade e do domínio junto ao instituto da usucapião. O estudo faz uso do método indutivo associado à pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando a produção descritiva. Conclui-se que o instituto da usucapião constitui em um efeito da posse (domínio) e em uma forma de aquisição de propriedade, ou seja, usucapião é a aquisição da propriedade pelo exercício do domínio sobre a coisa.
